This policy explains how TREM Tehnika OÜ processes personal data of visitors and customers of trem.ee.

1. Data we process

We may process your name, company name and registration code, billing and delivery address, phone number, email, order and purchase history, chosen payment and delivery method, customer-service correspondence, account information, and technical website data such as IP address, device and browser information, and cookie identifiers.

2. Purposes and legal bases

• orders, payment, delivery, returns and support – entering into and performing a contract;
• accounting and statutory duties – legal obligation;
• fraud prevention, security and establishment or defence of claims – legitimate interests;
• newsletters, marketing or non-essential cookies – consent where required.

You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior lawful processing.

3. Recipients

We share data only as necessary with payment providers and banks (including Montonio), carriers and parcel-terminal providers, IT and hosting providers, accountants, and authorities where required by law. Providers process data under their own terms or our instructions.

4. Retention

Data is kept only as long as needed. Order and accounting records are retained for the period required by law, generally seven years. Account data is retained while the account is used and deleted on a justified request, except where retention is legally required or necessary to defend claims. Correspondence and technical logs are kept for the shortest period appropriate to their purpose and security risk.

5. Cookies

The store uses cookies necessary for the cart, sign-in, language choice, and security. Analytics or marketing cookies are used with consent where required. You can restrict or delete cookies in your browser; disabling essential cookies may prevent the store from working.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction, erasure or restriction, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and receive data you supplied in machine-readable form where the legal conditions apply.
