Terms of Sale

Effective from 8 September 2026.

These terms apply to purchases made from the trem.ee online store. The seller and data controller is TREM Tehnika OÜ.

1. Prices and product information

Prices are shown in euros and include Estonian VAT unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges are added and shown before the order is confirmed. Product images are illustrative; the essential technical information is provided in the product description.

If there is an obvious pricing or technical error, we will contact the customer before fulfilment. If the order cannot be fulfilled because of the error, all amounts paid will be refunded.

2. Ordering and formation of the contract

1. Add products to the cart.
2. Select delivery and payment and provide the required contact details.
3. Review these terms and confirm the order using the button indicating an obligation to pay.

The contract is concluded when payment is received or the order is confirmed under the selected payment method. An order confirmation is sent by email.

3. Payment

Payment can be made using the methods shown at checkout, including through Montonio, by bank transfer, or by another method offered by the store. Payment data is processed by the selected payment provider under its own terms. We do not retain full payment-card details.

4. Delivery

Orders are delivered using the option shown at checkout: parcel terminal, courier, international delivery, or agreed collection. The estimated time is shown with the delivery method. Unless otherwise agreed, the order will be fulfilled within 30 days. We will notify the customer promptly of a delay or lack of availability.

The customer is responsible for correct contact and delivery details. Visible transport damage should, where possible, be recorded with the carrier and reported to us immediately.

5. Consumer’s 14-day right of withdrawal

A consumer may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days after receiving the goods. Send an unambiguous notice to info@trem.ee, including your name, order number, goods being returned, and contact details.

The goods must be returned within 14 days after the notice. The consumer bears the direct return costs unless the goods are defective or otherwise agreed. The consumer is liable for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

We refund payments received, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery offered, within 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice. We may withhold reimbursement until the goods are returned or evidence of dispatch is supplied.

The right of withdrawal does not apply in cases provided by law, including goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised and sealed software opened after delivery, where the statutory conditions apply.

6. Defects and complaints

We are liable for a consumer product’s lack of conformity to the extent required by law; a consumer may submit a claim within two years after receipt. Send a description, order number and, if possible, photographs to info@trem.ee. We answer written complaints within 15 days. Statutory and separately agreed terms apply to business customers.

7. Liability and force majeure

The parties are liable under Estonian law. We are not liable for delay caused by an unforeseeable circumstance beyond our control, but will inform the customer promptly.

8. Disputes

Please first contact TREM Tehnika OÜ. If a consumer dispute cannot be settled, the consumer may contact the Consumer Disputes Committee at the Estonian Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority. Estonian law applies.
